Jeana's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Jeana's Story...
Jeana is a female Bichon/Poodle mix, about 2 years of age. She has a non-shedding coat of white curly hair. She weighs 12 pounds which is a good adult weight for her. Jeana is affectionate and loyal. She prefers the company of women and is fearful of men. Little is known about Jeana’s past life as she was rescued by Hope for Paws. She was living on the streets of LA. Jeana is content and happy with life in her foster home. A perfect evening for Jeana is to sit next to her foster mom while watching TV. She enjoys a chase in the yard with other small dogs. She walks nicely on a leash and enjoys rides in the car. Jeana will do best living in a calm household with a woman. She is a healthy girl and looking for her new forever home today!

You can meet Jeana, at the Unleashed Store in Scripps Ranch, 10625 Scripps Poway Parkway, San Diego, CA this SATURDAY, JULY 25th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jeana, a San Diego Bichon Frise/Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bichon Frise/Poodle (Miniature) for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Bichon Frise/Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bichon Frise/Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Bichon Frise/Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
