Dolly's Story...
My name is Dolly, I'm as pretty as a barbie and as sweet as a care bear.

Peace for Pits heard that I was at Chicago Animal Care and Control and nothing short of a rockstar. My foster family came to meet me and brought their baby, I gave her lots of kisses and cannot wait to live with her! I also passed my dog and cat tests with flying colors.

I'm brand new to Peace for Pits so please check back soon for more information about me!

Want to meet me? Visit www.peaceforpits.org and fill out an application today.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dolly, a Villa Park Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Staffordshire Bull Terrier for sale in Villa Park, or seeking a Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Villa Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Villa Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Villa Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Staffordshire Bull Terrier breeders who help with Staffordshire Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Villa Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
