My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dawson has those soulful brown eyes. It is love at first sight. Dawson is a 2-year- old male that is very low key. He warms up quicker with hugs and snuggles then with treats. That said, he does appreciate a good treat! He is a gentle soul who just wants to please and to have a forever family. He loves a good snuggle and is definitely a lap dog. He enjoys a run in the yard with his foster siblings and walks quite well on a leash. He is 18.2 lbs. and is a healthy boy. He is currently living with three other dogs. It is unknown how he reacts to cats as he was a stray and there are no cats at the foster home. Some of his favorite things include playing tag in the yard and monitoring outdoor activity. Dawson is always ready for whatever adventure lies ahead. He is crate trained, but probably won’t need it once he settles in. He is house trained and has not had accidents in the house. He uses a doggie door so it is unknown what signals he uses. He is a quiet boy so my best guess, you must pay attention to him as he doesn't make much noise. Dawson would make a great addition to any family. He is enjoying time with his foster family but is eager to in a permanent home where someone will cuddle and love him for the rest of his life. Children in the home need to be 10 years or older. Dawson needs another dog in the home or someone that is home most of the time. He is in MI
