My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Names Lila, but those who love me most call me Lovely Ly. Let's get one thing straight...I am one happy girl! At 1 ½ years old I am still just a pup, with a real enthusiasm for all things fun. I'll make a great addition to an active family, you know, one that goes on lots of adventures! I'm game for any outdoor activity- jogging, hiking, skateboarding- you name it! I love to play with the other dogs here at the shelter, almost as much as I like to play with my ball… and I like to play with my ball almost as much as I like to chase the cat...and I like to chase the cats almost as much as I love to hang out with my people. I like to cuddle and snuggle in the bed, curl up next to you after a long day and gaze into your eyes...as if to say 'your my favorite person in the whole wide world'. I will do well with older sturdy children, am already crate trained and housebroken too. I even know my basic command and respond well to words like "sit" , "stay" and "lay down" but alas, I am still a bit of a puppy so I will need plenty of guidance and continued training to keep me happy and well behaved- especially when it comes to being around other dogs while I'm on leash (I get a bit defensive, due to a very traumatic incident as a pup. But we can talk more about those sad tales later!) Are you up for an adventure? Looking for more love than you can handle?

1 ½ years old-54lbs. My adoption fee is $180 and includes microchip, spay, reduced-cost training class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & treat packet.
