Have you met Dundee yet? You would remember him. He’s the biggest social butterfly we know! Whenever Dundee sees we are coming to greet him, the biggest smile appears on his face. He melts our hearts every day with his hopeful enthusiasm. Dundee’s previous owners had a change in circumstance which required them to give him up. Since Dundee came from a home, he already has house training and knows basic commands. Dundee is definitely destined to be a member of a family. He is good with kids and likes to cuddle. He also gets very excited to play fetch, even though he’s not very good at it… But that’s the kind of happy and grateful spirit you’ll find in Dundee! ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome pets from high kill shelters and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
