My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet our lovely Lidia. She's 8 months old - give or take a month, around 37 pounds, and appears to be a terrier mix who is full of affection and playful energy. Lidia loves running around in the backyard chasing toys or taking turns chasing and being chased by other dogs. She's just an adolescent puppy, so along with training and socializing, exercise should be on the menu daily.

When playtime is over she is very well behaved. She has a very calm temperament when in the house and loves to be petted. Lidia isn’t much of a jumper and is friendly to everyone that comes to the house including little kids. Nobody is a stranger to her and she wags her tail for everyone she meets. Lidia is currently fostered with two small dogs and gets along well with them. Her play buddy is a tiny Pomeranian and she seems to know how to restrain herself when playing so she doesn’t hurt him.

She has learned to go potty outside in the short time she's been in her foster home. They've taught her the "sit" command and she's also improving on leash. Lidia is treat-driven which makes training her pretty easy. In the evening she is very content laying by herself around the house or on the couch with you if you let her. She sleeps through the night and is content to go in her crate. Her foster family usually has to wake her up in the morning. Lidia is a wonderful, smart dog who will make some lucky family a super canine companion.

Lidia's adoption fee of $300 includes: vet exam, heart worm test (neg)., distemper combo vaccination, bordetella and rabies vaccinations, routine deworming, flea control, microchip and spay.
