Gus's Story...
Hi, I'm Gus. I'm turning out to be a playful and adventurous boy and I love to play with my siblings. I also love a good nap too, I will say.

Foster Mom says my breed is "perfectly cute". Posted is a picture of my Mom and you can see she is small. She only weighs 5lbs. I'm not sure what my Daddy looked like. The vet thinks I will be under 20lbs so if you're looking for a small breed fur baby, that's me.

I will be ready for my new home in mid-August. I'm looking for a family who will accept me for whoever I turn out to be. Who doesn't like a bit of mystery anyway?! I am also looking for a home that doesn't have small children because I'm so tiny and I could get hurt. I promise to work hard to learn my puppy manners and potty training. I will need you help and patience. I can't wait to meet you.

If you are interested in adopting Gus please contact us at kcpetfinder@hotmail.com. His adoption fee is $175 and includes age appropriate shots, microchip, and neuter.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gus, a Overland Park Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Overland Park, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Overland Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Overland Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Overland Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Overland Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
