Hi, my name is Ginger and I am a 9-month-old, female, Yellow Lab-X. I don't think my family was prepared for my puppy exuberance but I'm a Lab and that is how we are best described ... exuberant! They had a few complaints about me, so I guess with my next family I'm gonna have to work a lot harder at TRAINING THEM. You know, if they don't want me to counter-surf, they should just NOT leave food on the counter. Hey, I'm a lab ... I never pass up a meal!! If they don't want me to dig through garbage, well they just need to put it somewhere that I can't get into it. I love food, even old food! If my new family doesn't want me on the couch, then they will need to buy me a dog bed and be patient. They might have to tell me a few times bit I'm a smart girl, I'll catch on. Of course, I'd love it if they wanted me on the couch beside them cause I like to snuggle. I'm hoping that my next family enrolls in obedience classes so that they can be trained and know what to expect of me. If they want a perfect Lab, then they need to learn a thing or two about my needs. They can't expect me to just sit around looking pretty, if they don't exercise me a lot. I'm a growing girl and I need to run and play. I'd love to train my humans to throw a ball or frisbee, I'll gladly retrieve it for them. You know the old saying, "A good dog is a tired dog!" So, as you can see, I do have my work cut out for me but I want my next home to be my fur-ever home. It makes me too sad to be bounced around. Allô, mon nom est Ginger et je suis une femelle Labrador-X blonde âgée de 9 mois. Je ne crois pas que ma famille était prête à mon exubérance de chiot, mais je suis un Lab et c'est la meilleure façon de nous décrire ... exubérants ! Ils avaient quelques plaintes contre moi, donc je crois qu'avec ma nouvelle famille j'aurai à travailler beaucoup plus fort à LES ENTRAÎNER. Vous savez, si ils ne veulent pas que je monte sur les comptoirs, ils ne devraient PAS laisser de la nourriture sur le comptoir. Hey, je suis un Lab ... je ne manque jamais un repas !! Si ils ne veulent pas que je fouille dans les poubelles, ils devraient donc les mettre à un endroit où je ne peux pas les rejoindre. J'aime la nourriture, même la vieille nourriture ! Si ma nouvelle famille ne me veut pas sur le divan, ils auront donc à m'acheter un coussin et être patients. Il se peut qu'ils aient à me dire plusieurs fois que je suis une bonne fille, et j'apprendrai plus facilement. Naturellement, j'aimerais ça si ils me voudraient près d'eux sur le divan parce que j'aime me pelotonner contre quelqu'un. J'espère que ma prochaine famille s'inscrive dans des cours d'obéissance afin qu'ils soient entraînés et savent à quoi s'attendre de moi. Si ils veulent un Lab parfait, ils ont donc une ou deux choses à apprendre concernant mes besoins. Ils ne peuvent pas s'attendre à ce que je m'assoie tranquille à faire des beaux yeux, si ils ne m'exercicent pas. Je suis une jeune fille en croissance et j'ai besoin de courir et jouer. J'aimerais bien entraîner mes humains à lancer une balle ou un frisbee, je le leur rapporterai avec bonheur. Vous connaissez le vieux dicton, "un bon chien est un chien fatigué !" Donc, comme vous le voyez, j'ai pas mal de travail devant moi, mais je veux que mon prochain foyer soit mon foyer permanent. Ça me rend trop triste de déménager d'un bord et de l'autre.
