Casey was abandoned as a young kitten in the middle of a cold winter. Luckily, some Good Samaritans saw me and called ARC for help. If they had not reached out for help, I would not be here today. A volunteer jumped in her car and drove the 60 mile round-trip to get me. Gentle, loving arms scooped me up and took me into the warmth; this was my first experience of kind people. I have turned into a kind, gentle kitty but I still remember those dark days sometimes when people were not so kind and I might take a little while to get to know you. But, boy... when I do know you, I will love you! I am playful and love toys but you will see that even when playing I am as gentle as can be. Please be patient and give me time to get to know you so we can be best buddies forever.
