Wk. 214-745-5684 ---------------------- Email from new owner on 7/27/03. Eliza is doing very well and likes her new playmate. Ruth is very happy with her and there have been no problems. I am a big, gentle cat who loves to be cuddled and petted. I have a cute little meow that sounds like it comes from a much smaller cat. I am a little shy with new people but don't let that fool you. I love to be loved! I don't really like to be picked up. In fact, sometimes it scares me. I would rather walk up to a person who is sitting down and let them pet me. I will even roll on my back and purr and purr when I'm petted like this. I really like being with other cats but I'm not too sure about dogs. It would be great to go to a new home that had other cats.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Eliza, a Frisco Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Frisco, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Frisco.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Frisco already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Frisco breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Frisco paves the way for another one to be saved.
