Liberty's Story...
Liberty was rescued in September 2014 from a high kill shelter in SC with her 4 kittens. All 4 of her kittens have been adopted and Liberty is still looking for her forever family. Liberty is a 3 year old, spayed female cat. She is FeLv/Fiv negative. She is up-to-date on her vetting and is microchipped. This sweet girl is very affectionate and loves her foster home. She does not enjoy the adoption events we do and has been over looked month after month. Liberty is a very sweet and loving girl and would make a wonderful addition to any family, If interested please email savingsouternkitties@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Liberty, a Tega Cay Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Tega Cay, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Tega Cay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tega Cay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tega Cay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tega Cay paves the way for another one to be saved.
