My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Trinity. 2 yo +/- Calico Pointed Cymric (Manx).
Finding Trinity in a shelter was like digging up a rock only to find out
it was a diamond. She is beautiful and one of the more rare cats we've
seen. We saw her picture at a remote animal shelter and decided to take
her, thinking she was a Ragdoll with unusual markings. She made the long
trip to Rescue and when she got here she happily jumped into the arms of
her beautiful blond rescuer, (hey, we have to take it where we can,
right?), wrapped her arms around her neck and started purring. That's
when we discovered that she has no tail! Trinity is a Cymric! We were
jumping for joy that we'd saved her. For those that don't know a Cymric
from a hole in your head, they are a breed of long haired tailless cats.
Basically, they are long haired Manx. And this one is gorgeous.
Trinity is a calico with stunning markings, and she's got what's called
a "stumpy" tail. That's the healthy kind of tail to have. It's just a
little stub of a tail and it wags back and forth when she's happy. Kind
of like a cocker spaniel with a docked tail. She also has those
beautiful blue eyes that captured our attention and caused us to drive a
hundred miles to save her life. She will require some gentle combing to
keep that coat from matting and may have to endure an occasional bath.
Cymrics are very clean cats, though, so if you keep her indoors (per
your contract), and keep her eating a healthy diet, she should always
stay pretty clean.
Trinity's foster mom says she's the sweetest thing there ever was. She
gets along OK with the other cats, and pretty much made herself at home
right from the get go. She's seen some dogs and wasn't super thrilled
with them, but neither did she completely freak out. Don't let the lame
bio put you off. this is one special and spectacular cat. You will love
her so much it will make you cry.
