Seamus, 4 year old Lab/GSP mix. He was adopted by a dear and sweet family from us when he was a puppy. They are no longer able to meet his needs, so we are looking for the right home for him to go to.
Here is what they had to say about Seamus: 'Seamus is sweet and loving, loves attention, very energetic, very alert, somewhat timid around men (rescuer: although I've met him personally in a group of all new people, and he didn't strike me as noticeably fearful of men there), crate-trained, house-trained, walks well on leash, sits and rolls on command (will roll over A LOT willingly if treats are given), plays well with other dogs, never really around cats, will scratch or bark at door when wanting in, great around kids (doesn't bother my 6 month old). I think he has some separation anxiety. He's escaped a couple of wire crates and tore up house some until we secured the ends with wire (zip-ties didn't work).'
He is located in AR, but can be transported to an approved family. Seamus is free to an approved adopter, but will have a transport fee.
