My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there! My name is Jolie! I’m a 5-month-old Cattle Dog/Shepherd mix. I weigh about 28 pounds, but I still have some growing to do. I’m as sweet and friendly as any puppy you can imagine, and I’m also very affectionate. I just love everyone I meet, people and dogs alike! I’m obviously adorable, but I also have a winning personality to match. What can I say? I’m just a really happy girl!
Not much is known about my past, but I do know that I was living at the pound for a week or so before coming to CageFree. I probably had an owner at one point because, when I was brought to the shelter, I was wearing a harness that was way too tight! Ouch! My family must not have cared about me much, because they never came looking for me. I was so bummed.

Just when I was losing hope, CageFree came and found me. They invited me to live at their facility and offered to find me a home! I feel so lucky, and I’m hopeful that I’ll find my forever home soon.

I’m still a young pup, so an active family sounds like a good match for me. I’d love to have some space to run around, some toys to play with, and a family that likes getting doggie kisses! I’d love to learn how to play this “fetch” game that I’ve heard so much about, and I’ve heard the beach is fun, too! Does your family like to go on adventures? Do you want to take me along with you?
