Hi, my name is Buddy.. I am a sweet and well mannered approx. 8 year old Labrador Retriever mix who is looking for my forever home. (although I may be younger) I was dumped at a shelter by my neglectful, previous owners with some treatable medical issues such as ear infections and foxtails embedded in my skin.
I was not fed the best of food so when I was with my other family nor did they ever groom me so my coat looked terrible.
But now I am happy and healthy and ready to find my new home thank you to my rescue ladies. My coat is now brushed out, shiny and healthy, and I am fed very good food so my weight is back to a healthy level. My ears have been treated and the fox tails have been removed thankfully! Ouch.
I enjoy going for walks and just hanging out with the other dogs in the rescue, inside is my favorite place on my Costco dog bed. I am not going to chase your cat either. I am totally house trained, crate trained and obedience trained and know the commands sit, stay and come when called. I also walk great on leash and love to have my quality time with my family. I am such a good boy I promise.. and now I am ready for my fur-ever home! I know being a middle aged dog is going to be tough finding a home but I am still very hopeful that you will love me as much as I will love and appreciate you for giving me a second chance.
