UPDATE: A skin scrape was done and Kee does NOT have mange. His skin issue is from poor diet and ticks.

KEE (F, Lab mix., 1yrs, HW Neg) We are in dismay about Kee, she has been out on her own for quite sometime. You can see her bones and she has a skin condition. Kee seem sweet and loving just so sad. Please help her. Her hold is up 7/30/15, can be killed any time after that date at the discretion of the shelter staff.
