Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Garth is one of the most handsomest beagles around. Garth was brought in by the police department after his owners realized giving him up was best for him. Garth has spent a lot of time in a crate and needs to have an owner willing to let him explore the world around him, safely on a leash. Garth would like another dog to romp around with. This boy has lots of energy, as most 1 year olds do. He has no idea what a leash is as he had never been walked before coming here. Garth's new owners will have to have a fenced in yard, this will allow Garth to play and run around exploring safely. Garth is a very loving dog despite what he has been through. If you are able to be the person who shows Garth what it is like to be loved please stop by to meet this amazingly affectionate boy.
