Penelope is a shy two year old Cocker mix who waited patiently as she sat shivering in the cold corner at a local shelter. She is still very shy around people but loves other dogs. We will never know what her past held but know that in time, this shy little girl will learn to trust and will blossom into the beautiful flower that we know she can be. The ideal home for her would be somewhere quiet with no small children.
