Willamina's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Willamina's Story...
Just like her brother, Norrin, Willamina is almost too cute for words! At almost 13 weeks old she can hardly wait to find her forever home. Willamina is a Calico, with white, orange and black markings and stripes in the orange part of her fur. She has been spayed and is up to date on all her shots. She has been raised in a home with a lot of other cats, including her mama and siblings. Her personality, which has just started developing, seems very well rounded. She is curious about the world, likes to play but also likes to be held, petted and snuggled. One look into her little eyes and she will have you hooked. If you have fallen under her spell, please contact us to set up a meeting or be sure to come out early to our next Pet Adoption Event at the PetSmart on Lawndale Dr., in Greensboro, NC. Our adoption fairs occur every Saturday, 11-4 and every Sunday, 1-4, weather permitting, at this location. Willamina hopes to see you there!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Willamina, a Whitsett Calico kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Calico for sale in Whitsett, or seeking a Calico kitten from a breeder in Whitsett.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Whitsett already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Whitsett breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Calico breeders who help with Calico rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Whitsett paves the way for another one to be saved.
