Meet Macon! Macon and her sisters were born to Sweet Georgia Brown in the bushes of South Los Angeles where they lived for over a week until they were brought to the shelter. Georgia is a Wirehaired Dachshund/ Yorkshire Terrier mix. We don’t know about dad. Macon is about 3 lbs now and will be a small dog when full grown (10-12 lbs.). These are our best guesses, no guarantees on breed or size. Macon is very sweet and loves to play. Don’t let her small size fool you, she’s got lots of puppy energy and needs a home that can help her direct that energy. Macon lives with other dogs and gets along with them. Because of her small size, we will not place Macon in a home with children under 10. Macon was born around June 7, 2015.Our adoptions are restricted to residents of Los Angeles and Orange Counties. We do not ship animals or do long distance adoptions. See our adoption policies for more details on our adoption process.
Our adoption events are held at the Petco located at 24413 Crenshaw Blvd., Torrance, CA Saturdays from 12pm to 3pm. We do not show our dogs any other time.
