MIRANDA & REBA's Story...
Darling baby girls Miranda ID # 576159 and her sis Reba ID # 576160 were turned into the shelter on 7/15. Tiny little babies, we don't see chihuahua, but the people turning them in said mom was a chi.. Typical of most puppies, they didn't want to sit still for photos! They would not be still. They are 2 months old and sharing cage T6 in the Puppy Room. They are up to date on shots and will be spayed, and microchipped when adopted. Don't delay, these cuties will go fast!

When calling the shelter about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER, the names are oftentimes made up by volunteers.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

MIRANDA & REBA, a Marietta Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
