Ted Cole's Story...
Hello! My name is Ted Cole and I am a yellow boy approximately 4 years old. I adjusted well in my foster home without any problems. I weigh about 100 lbs and love to go for walks which is good since I need to lose some weight, otherwise, I appear to be in good health. I do well in the crate and sometimes just like to hang out in it. I am a happy go lucky handsome love bug who enjoys being with my human companions and gets along well with my foster sister lab. What more could you want?

My coat is nice and soft and I really enjoy belly rubs. A few of my qualities include being housebroken, non-destructive and can be trusted to leave at home alone without any problems. Not sure how I would be around cats but I am good with other dogs. Sometimes I carry toys around since it is fun to show off what I found. I had some obedience and know ‘sit’ and still working on ‘down’ but I am a smart boy who wants to learn more. I am curious about my environment and look forward to exploring new things. I ride well in the car and always up for an adventure!

I am looking for a forever family who will take good care of me and in turn I will give you lots of love and show you what I great dog I am!

Please contact your Family Representative if you would like to meet me!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ted Cole, a Torrance Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Torrance, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Torrance.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Torrance already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Torrance breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Torrance paves the way for another one to be saved.
