I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Lizzy's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Lizzy's Story...
Lizzie is a Cairn terrier mix that is around 2 years old and less than
15lbs. She is sweet, playful and loves to be in your lap for snuggles!
She is eager to please her humans. She is great with children and
other dogs. Seems to want to play with cats like they are just dogs
too!
Lizzie is house trained and crate trained. She enjoys walks and play
time with lots of toys and absolutely loves pig ears and dog chews!
Basking in the sun is another favorite, so a safe place for that would
be a plus. Lizzie would fit well in a home with or without other pets.
She is currently fostered in Hampton Cove, Al but would fit in well
anywhere! She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and heartworm negative. For more adoption information please email info@FORrescue.net or apply directly at http://www.FORrescue.net /dog-application

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lizzy, a Knoxville Cairn Terrier/Wirehaired Fox Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cairn Terrier/Wirehaired Fox Terrier for sale in Knoxville, or seeking a Cairn Terrier/Wirehaired Fox Terrier dog from a breeder in Knoxville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Knoxville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Knoxville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cairn Terrier/Wirehaired Fox Terrier breeders who help with Cairn Terrier/Wirehaired Fox Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Knoxville paves the way for another one to be saved.
