My story

We are very pleased to introduce Muffin, a sweet senior who came to Kiko due to her owner’s failing health. She’s a very spry West Highland Terrier / Shih Tzu mix whose bright clear eyes do not show that she will be 13 years young this November. Muffin has been well cared for and it shows. She is in excellent health and shape, and gets along great with everyone she meets, including adults, children, cats and dogs. Muffin is so easygoing that she would be suitable for a variety of different types of homes, including active seniors looking for a walking partner. All Kiko dogs have been examined by a veterinarian, vaccinated, dewormed, tested for heartworm, sterilized, and require an adoption fee of $400 ($275 for senior dogs and $125 for cats) and an adoption contract.
