My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jane is pretty black Lab/mix, around 3 years old and 60 pounds. She is another timid one, more comfortable around other dogs than with people. Just learning to walk on a leash, she does better if she's with another dog rather than just one person. Gentle and in need of a safe environment to learn to trust.

An adoption fee may be required which helps cover some of the care and veterinary services provided, including spay for females, neuter for males, vaccinations, de-worming and heartworm testing when age appropriate.

This dog is housed at the Franklin County Small Animal Control shelter. The Humane Society graciously allows the shelter dogs to be posted under their account, but they have no direct knowledge and can answer no questions about the dogs housed there.
