Here's what the humans have to say about me:
PERCY is a very friendly and laid back male Puggle (Beagle/Pug mix) and is about 1-1/2 years old. He is crate-trained and potty trained. Percy came to Rover Rescue a couple weeks ago where he was rescued from a kill shelter in So. Indiana . Percy must have been a lost dog, and long enough, that he was verym very underweight when picked up by animal control. It was very sad to see him that way, you could see his ribs, vertebrae and his hip bones protruding through his skin. Once at his foster home, Percy was given extra rations, and has since gained enough weight and you can no longer see his skeletal frame. Percy is a very happy little boy, even though he has had a rough life prior to arriving to Rover Rescue. Percy loves meeting new people and immediately shows his kind and loving personality. Percy never complains about anything, is very obedient, and he has become a social butterfly of the household. When I bend down to pet him, he stays very close hoping he will also get a belly rub - which he does! Percy's favorite activity, besides belly rubs, is playing outside in the back yard for hours with his foster dogs and foster mom.
Percy is neutered, housebroken, crate trained, up-to-date on vaccinations, is on monthly heartworm preventative, and is micro-chipped. His adoption fee is $200 (cash or check). If you would like to learn more about Percy, please contact his Foster Mom Debbie at 630-272-1109 or email at coachdebbi@aol.com.
