Maxamoose's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Maxamoose's Story...
This is Maximus he is a 6 year old male neutered handsome man. He was surrendered to RMNR because he needs TPLO surgery. He is a kind gentle giant that loves everyone. He is curious with cats, but will not harm them. He gets along with all adults, other dogs and children. He loves to sit at your feet and sleep at the food of your bed. He loves his people and would like to be with them as much as possible, however he can be independent if needed. He will melt your heart with his beautiful brown eyes and sweet personality. We will need all the help we can get to cover his medical costs, TPLO is not cheap and the after care is long... Won't you help, now is the time!!! His surgery is on Aug 12th and will be on medical hold until he is recovered

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maxamoose, a Silverthorne Newfoundland dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Newfoundland for sale in Silverthorne, or seeking a Newfoundland dog from a breeder in Silverthorne.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Silverthorne already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Silverthorne breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Newfoundland breeders who help with Newfoundland rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Silverthorne paves the way for another one to be saved.
