My story

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW!

This is Pearl a 7 year old beautiful apricot poodle who weighs approximately 16 lbs. Pearl was rescued from a puppy mill in PA where she spent her entire life in a cage used for breeding. She is a little shy at first but she is very sweet. Pearl will do best in a home with another small - medium sized dog as a companion and a fenced in yard.

Puppy mill dogs are special rescues so please do your research so that you understand where they are coming from!

We currently adopt in the states of CA, NY, NJ, PA, DE, and MD. We can not accept applications from other states at this time.

All of our rescues are spayed/neutered, up to date on rabies and DHPP, heartworm tested, treated for worms and fleas and most are microchipped.

We are not a shelter, we are 100% volunteer public charity. All of our dogs are in foster homes until they are adopted. Since we are not a shelter, we do not receive government funding. We are a public charity that relies solely on funds through our adoption fee, fundraisers, and private donations. Since we are 100% volunteer based, all funds collected go directly towards the rescue and vet costs of our dogs.

We take each rescue personally and spend a lot of effort trying to match the right dog to the right family. Thank you for considering one of our rescued dogs.
