This dog is being fostered in Dallas TX and must be adopted within the Dallas, North Central Texas or the southern Oklahoma area.

Honey is named after her beautiful honey colored, light coat. She has beautiful eyes, and will capture your heart. She is a very calm, easy going gal and is happy to share love with you every day.
Honey just came into our CRT program with three other Chihuahuas. Honey's human Mom is moving into an assisted living home and is unable to care for her, or her 4 legged sisters any longer. She asked CRT if we would step in, care for them, and help them find a new forever home. We are happy to do that and hope you will join with us in marketing this adorable girl so that she can find a new home.
Honey is shy when she first meets you, but warms up very quickly. She loves playing with the other dogs, and enjoys their company. And she loves playing with toys. Honey also enjoys going outside and laying in the sun. This is her favorite time of the year in Texas as there are hours of sunshine that she can enjoy!
More than anything, Honey loves her humans. Her favorite thing in the world is to be around her humans. She loves both men and women. Honey wants to be your lap dog and hang around you during your waking hours. And you won't mind at all - you will enjoy her company and her heart to love you. She is crate trained, but would LOVE to sleep in the bed with you if you will let her.
Honey is about 4 years old. She is fully grown at 5 pounds. Due to her small size, and her shy nature, we recommend an all adult home for her. (She may do well with teen age children also). Honey is pee pee pad trained, and also will go outside to potty.
Honey is spayed, micro chipped, up-to-date on shots, HW negative. and on heartworm prevention. She is ready to join a loving family - could that family be yours?
This dog is a CRT rescue. Reference checks, adoption contract and $200 adoption fee required. .
