Destiny's Story...
Hi,
I am Destiny and I was rescued from the shelter. My foster Mom named me Destiny as I am, how do you say, resistant to her and it is my destiny to have a loving happy home. Don't get me wrong, when Mom has me in her arms, I am happy, settle in and purr, it's just that we were mistreated before, so it takes 15 seconds for me to settle in your arms.

I love living here and I have such a good time playing with the toys and my foster friends. I love going in the kitten room with all the toys and my friends.

I am looking for a loving family that will understand and give me the attention I need. Are you my family?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Destiny, a Tampa Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
