Snickers's Story...
Meet the "Candy" litter. Candy arrived at JoJo’s DogHouse with her eight one-day old puppies from a kill shelter. Candy is a sweet momma and her puppies (6 boys and 2 girls) are doing great. Mom looks like a Terrier mix and is 40 lbs and Dad is unknown (guessing German Shepherd by the looks of the babes). Mom and babies won’t be ready for their forever homes until August 27th, but you can submit an application any time between now and then.

We will update with new photos periodically and list each pup individually in the near future. You can also follow their progress on our FB page. Names of the boys: Heath, Reese, Snickers, Rolo, Twix and Pez. Girls: Taffy and Tootsie.

If you would like to adopt one of these sweet babies, please visit out website: www.jojosdoghouse.com and download an application, or email jojosdogrescue @gmail.com and we will send you an application. Adoption fee is $250 and includes parasite treatment and prevention and age-appropriate shots. Thanks for choosing adoption!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Snickers, a Gallatin German Shepherd Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Gallatin, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy from a breeder in Gallatin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gallatin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gallatin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gallatin paves the way for another one to be saved.
