Rosie has had a tuff and stressful life to be so young. She was brought in as a puppy for us to board. The lady claimed she was between homes and would only leave her for 2 weeks. After 4 months we gave up trying to locate her owner so we adopted her to another family. She was with them only for 3 months then brought back because owners divorced and neither could keep her where they moved to. So once again Rosie lost her home. We have had her here at the center for about 5 months now. She is so sweet and has a personality that is heart warming. She loves children and people. She will play well with most all dogs and likes cats. Rosie just needs a FOREVER HOME...she needs to know that she belongs. Open your heart and your home and give her a chance to show how much she has to give!
