Ice's Story...
Ice was surrendered to Bryan County Animal Control when his people got divorced. He is a sweet pup that really hopes to find a family to love.Ice and Adrianna are sweet and loving. They are definitely a bonded pair and would do best if they could be adopted together.
Adoption fees are $40 per feline and $150 per canine unless otherwise specified. Adoption fees are not a tax-deductible donation as allowed by IRS regulations. Adoption fees help to offset the cost of the pet's care incurred by Coastal Pet Rescue, which are generally 2 to 3 times the adoption fee amount.
Ice will be current on shots, microchipped and neutered prior to adoption.

*Coastal Pet Rescue adopted pets are microchipped through 24PetWatch. New pet parents are responsible for keeping their information accurate and up-to-date through the registry's free online syste

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ice, a Savannah Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Savannah, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Savannah.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Savannah already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Savannah breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Savannah paves the way for another one to be saved.
