My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

UPDATE 2/27/16: Shelly is almost 10 months old with a beautiful brindle coat and is a petite but solid 40 lbs. She loves being outside but must be physically contained because she has an active prey drive. She does well with people and kids, is a great snuggler, and adores belly rubs. She is very comfortable in her crate and sleeps there each night and anytime her humans are away. She's a pro with the dog door and uses it regularly to go potty (and to make sure there isn't anything that needs to be hunted in our fenced-in yard!)

She adores roughhousing with her foster brother who is older and much bigger, but she still manages to toss him down with MMA-like skill. She would do best with dogs who are generally submissive or non-confrontational so that she can learn to be completely comfortable around them. She loves exploring, walks well on a leash, and would be a great (on-leash, because of her prey drive) hiking/running buddy. She's blazingly fast, responsive to learning (especially if you have treats) and is a very striking and sweet girl!

Shelly Bug is just that, a sweetheart! She is about 6-7 months old and does well with kids and the other dogs in the home. She is very playful and energetic. She is up spayed, up to date with shots, microchipped, and on monthly preventative..
