My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Here's adorable Winnie, a most pleasant young lady who is looking for a forever family. She was one of those dogs that did not do well in the shelter. She was scared and cowering in the back of her kennel. Boy, has she blossomed here at Cedar Farm! Winnie's true personality has shone through and we are so excited to help her find a real home. She is so sweet and full of joy. She bounces through the play yard and enjoys engaging our other dogs in play. Winnie is a very smart girl too. She is really in tune with her human friends and is eager to please. Winnie can be just a tad bit shy when she meets new people for the first time, but it does not take her long to open up. Winnie does great with our cats. Although we have not seen her with children, she has a very gentle nature and we think she would do just fine with them. Winnie enjoys taking nice long leash walks around the farm. She is going to be a wonderful companion. She has wonderful house manners and is crate-trained and housebroken. Winnie is 3 years old and weighs 28 lbs. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on her shots. She has tested negative for heartworms and is on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks. If you think Winnie might be the girl to make your family complete, please complete the adoption application at www.cedarfarmrescue.com then call Tony at 336.251.8877. He can answer any of your questions about Winnie or our adoption process and set up a time for you to visit with Winnie at our adoption center in downtown Mocksville. Thank you for considering giving Winnie a forever home! 38829
