Update 8/20: Starla and her sister Stella have both been spayed and vetted, thanks to the Athenspets Spay/Neuter Fund!

Starla and Stella are sisters and best friends. They’re both sweet, beautiful girls. Starla greeted us immediately and was ready to walk with us to an interaction pen. Stella looks out for her sister and needed a minute to make sure we were okay. They’re both affectionate girls, and when Starla wanted a hug, Stella was pressing against us wanting one, too. It was a hot day, and after chasing a few toys, the girls found a shady spot to relax and enjoy some attention. They’re well behaved dogs that know how to sit, will come when you call them, and walk well on a leash. While Starla and Stella love being together, they don’t have to be adopted together. What’s most important is that they find forever homes where they will be loved and can bond with their own special person or family.
