Jackie's Story...
URGENT: JACKIE NEEDS HELP! Jackie is a 4 year old, 55 lb Lab mix who desperately needs someone to step up and offer him a FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME ASAP. His loving human dad passed away, and he's now scared and confused. There must be someone out there who has the time, patience, and love to share with this sad boy. He needs a quiet home without any other dogs or kids so he will be able to settle in, feel safe, and know what it's like to be loved again. He is in danger of being dumped in a shelter, where he will completely shut down. He is neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jackie, a Sagaponack Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Sagaponack, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Sagaponack.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sagaponack already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sagaponack breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sagaponack paves the way for another one to be saved.
