You must have a fenced-in yard to adopt this dog.
Heidi is a female Pit mix with a beautiful brindle coat. She is very friendly and likes to spend as much time as possible in the company of her people. Her ears move around as she is trying to figure out what you are saying, and give her face lots of expression. You will always know what she’s thinking! She was born in October 2011 and is dying for someone to teach her all the things it’s great for dogs to know. She will be attentive and is happy to do what is asked, she just needs someone to help her to learn. Heidi is spayed and up to date on her shots. No Cats please!! The adoption fee is $125. This covers the cost of spay/neuter, DHPP, Rabies, Flea, tick, heart worm check, and worm treatment. To adopt, you need to first fill out an application. Go to: http://rutherfordcountyhumanesociety.org/DogAdoptionApplication.html. We are located in Western North Carolina. Optional transport is weekly. After your application is approved, we will contact you regarding cost and delivery if you so desire.
