Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chester is just the cutest, nicest, most happy-go-lucky, playful Beagle mix boy you could ask for. He was rescued from a local shelter, already neutered, obviously having been somebody's pet. He has great leash, car and indoor manners. He loves people, dogs and even cats. He could fit into any home EXCEPT an apartment, because if he is left alone, he wants to tell everybody about it.
