Mike's Story...
Mike is an 8 week old neutered male pit bull mix. This little guy loves to snuggle with his people and run around outside in the grass as well. Mike is absolutely adorable and super sweet as well. He has the best puppy eyes that just beg for you to scoop him up and take him home. Mike would be fine in a home with kids, dogs, or cats and will be sure to keep you entertained. He is great in his crate, working on house training, and hopes to have his forever home soon.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mike, a Woodlyn Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Woodlyn, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Woodlyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Woodlyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Woodlyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Woodlyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
