Casey's Story...

Nicky (Pomeranian) and Casey (Llaso Apso) are looking for their forever home! Their owner passed away and unfortunately, the family couldn't keep them. They are both senior dogs (over 10 yrs old), but that doesn't hold them back! They love to go on walks and do great on the leash! Casey walks in front, while Nicky hangs back. They are potty trained, up to date on vaccines, are neutered males, and have fresh hair cuts! They love attention and love to cuddle up with you! They need a home where they will get lots of attention and love! They are both over 10 yrs old, don't know exact age. Not sure about heartworm status. They are up to date on all vaccines. They are both neutered males. They are potty trained and leash trained. They are good with other dogs, as long as they are not too hyper since they're older. They would do best in a house without younger kids, they don't like to be picked up. And yes, they need to stay together. They are attached at the hip. They go everywhere together!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Casey, a Von Ormy Lhasa Apso dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Lhasa Apso for sale in Von Ormy, or seeking a Lhasa Apso dog from a breeder in Von Ormy.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Von Ormy already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Von Ormy breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Lhasa Apso breeders who help with Lhasa Apso rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Von Ormy paves the way for another one to be saved.
