Munchkin's Story...
There's no place like home for little Munchkin! Gentle and sweet, this baby girl will quietly wait for attention, drinking in every detail of your face with
her enormous eyes. Munchkin's tiny size and loving personality endear her to everyone she meets, and she happily shares her foster home with other cats, dogs, and children. Abandoned, alone, and afraid, Munchkin was rescued from the shelter at only 4 weeks old. Though still a baby, she is currently about 10 weeks old and has been fully vetted - ready to find her way home to YOU! If you would like to learn more about Munchkin, please email us at info@FORrescue.net and request an application today. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Munchkin, a Chattanooga Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Chattanooga, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Chattanooga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chattanooga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chattanooga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chattanooga paves the way for another one to be saved.
