MACY
Macy is an awesome 1 yr old Belgian Malinois that we rescued from MCACC East several months ago. Macy had an old injury – a broken bone in her hind leg that had never been treated, so had healed improperly and caused her great pain. She needed surgery to correct it which has helped her immensely. She will probably limp a bit from now on whenever she “overdoes” it – but in general she is a normal, active Mal, and you would not notice a leg issue! Macy is a VERY sweet girl – she is super fun, loves people, and loves to play with other dogs. She is not a fan of kitties, though – so no cats for her. Macy is housebroken and has some house manners – she has the run of the rescue. We absolutely adore this girl’s personality. Macy would make a great indoor companion for the right family who will make sure she does not overdo the exercise due to her hind leg. If you think you can open your home and heart to our beloved Macy – please fill out our online application to get the approval process started.
