Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Megan has got the name, the shamrock bandana, now all she needs is a little luck of the Irish to help her in finding a great home! Megan is only a little over a year old and this rottweiler mix came to us from our Newark facility in such sad shape. Poor Megan was quite neglected in her former life. She was very thin and her skin was in poor condition, so it's likely that someone just kept this sweet little girl outside and forgot about her. After good medical care and plenty of extra attention, Megan is looking good and feeling fine, and ready to meet her special someone! Megan is feeling so good in fact, that she actually came down with "happy tail", which is when a dog wags their tail so vigorously and slaps the walls with it, that it becomes injured. Poor Megan has a tail sock on for now, but she is healing up just fine. She is a friendly, outgoing, happy girl that loves everyone she meets. Megan is very sweet and well behaved too. She walks well on a leash and sits perfectly when asked. She doesn't mind other dogs much and absolutely adores people. If you can give Megan the lifetime of happiness that she is hoping for, please come in and meet her! File#24868 6/11/15
