My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Our adorable little friend Patches is looking for a fresh start in life. This 5 year old shih tzu/jack russell mix was turned in by his family because he became jealous over a new baby in the home. Patches was a bit shaken up to be uprooted from the only home he had ever known and brought to an unfamiliar place, but he is making friends quickly and hoping to get noticed by a wonderful new family soon. Patches is a darling little guy that is well behaved and very polite. He prances happily on a leash and loves to go for leisurely strolls. He enjoys checking out new things and is even playful in our exercise yard. Patches needed some cleaning up when he arrived and was even great for a bath. Once Patches meets you, he remembers you and bonds with you quickly. He'll offer you a pawshake in friendship and doesn't mind being held. Patches gets along just fine with other pets but will need a home with no children under 10. He is eager to meet his special someone, and be whisked away to a happy new life. File#25270 8/7/15
