My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Charlotte is every one's dream of the perfect lap dog. Charlotte is cute, spunky, sassy, full of herself and sure to entertain. Charlotte is extremely loving and friendly with her humans and adores attention. Please don't mistaken Charlotte for a shrinking violet, this girl can hold her own. She's close to house and crate trained and now learning how fun it is to ride in the car.... the possibilities are endless for this sweet little dog.

Due to the numerous inquires, please read the following to insure Charlotte would the compatible for your home, family and lifestyle prior to submitting an application.

A couple of things you should know about Charlotte

• Charlotte does not like riding in cars but we are working on that issue daily
• Charlotte tested slight positive for a tick borne disease called Ehrlichia. It is not fatal, nor does it shorten the life of the animal. It is an auto immune disease (Lyme etc.,). Our vet has opted against treating her with antibiotics at this time since she is not displaying any signs of lethargy, lack of appetite and/or swollen joints. Some dogs will never show symptoms. You may want to research it further.
• Charlotte has had at least two pregnancies (most likely used for breeding) one full term and the other was a miscarriage. We are guessing Charlotte is only 1+ years old and she was spayed 8/10.

Thank you for considering adopting a homeless animal in need and for saving lives. May you be blessed with many years of surprising and unconditional love...
