My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet sweet Bruschi! We are helping Bruschi's owners re-home him (along with his canine sibling Asante) due to family changes. Here is what his owner has to say about him:

Bruschi is a 9 year old Pit mix. We are not sure what he is mixed with, but he is one handsome fella. He weighs between 45-50 lbs. He is neutered, up to date with his shots and microchipped. Bruschi has allergies, but a simple shot each day helps him keep his allergies in control.

Bruschi is well behaved and house broken. He knows basic commands such as sit, down and off. He also knows paw, leave it, and roll over. He loves to follow his owner around to see what she's doing. Bruschi is food motivated, but he is more interested in people pleasing.

Bruschi is great with people. Bruschi loves to cuddle all day and every day! He gets very excited when people he knows come to visit. While he sometimes jumps to greet (we are working on that), he somehow seem to know to be gentle with his human, 90 year old great grandmother and he doesn't jump on her. He has also done extremely well with the baby in the house and this is the first baby he has encountered.

Bruschi walks well on leash. Bruschi gets along well with Asante, but he can sometimes be dog selective. If you are interested in adopting Bruschi and you have another dog, we would need to have them meet to see how they would get along.

Bruschi adores his canine sister. They have been together almost their entire lives. We would love to re-home them together, but they can be separated as well.
He would make a great addition to any loving family. If you'd be interested in loving this sweet boy for the rest of his life, please fill out an application and come meet him at our next adoption day event.
