My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Here is a bio from Fraya's foster--
After being around Fraya and observing her I think she is part lab, part mini border collie mix. She loves water, loves kids, will chase and retrieve. Has no problem with other farm animals and cats are okay... goats, horses you name. She is okay with.

Fraya came into my care specifically for her issue of being food aggressive. Since she has been in my care we have not had a problem with food aggression. The pack (my dogs) establish pecking order and she was not elected as pack leader so she graciously took her place and is submissive I would say.

There will never be another problem of food aggression from her unless I bring in another dog. I would say that she will be perfect for a older dog who has never had to worry where their next meal was coming from and has never known hunger. If she is with a group she would establish order. Once that has happened, smooth sailing from then on unless another critter enters the group. It's all about rank and file. She is in the chew stage so she will need plenty of chews for her alone time. She is also high energy and will keep any family on their toes. But no doubt in my mind that she will definitely need another companion whenever and wherever she finds her special place.
