Hi there! My name is Angelina. I'm a beautiful sweetheart who is 8 years young. I love people and I'm a wonderful family cat. I am good with kids, but I prefer a quiet home without other pets. It suits my mellow, laid back personality. I don't care for a lot of noise and chaos. I wouldn't mind one other kitty in my new home, if they're not too rambunctious. My speed is good. I'm definitely over crazy kittens and their energy level. I enjoy snuggling with my humans. I'm a pretty easy going cat who is looking for companionship and love. I use my litterbox like a good girl. All I'm missing is someone to cuddle with. Adoption fee: $60. Adopt a pair: $90. Fee includes testing, deworming, vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip and 60 days of free pet insurance.

PetPeople, 6520 Telegraph Rd, Bloomfield Hills. From noon to 4 p.m., come meet adoptable dogs, cats, puppies and kittens (as available - not all adoptable animals will be at every event) on the last Sunday of every month.
Event dates for 2016: January 31, February 28, March 27, April 24, May 29, June 26, July 31, August 28, September 25, October 30, November 27 and December 25.
Saturday, January 9, 2016: Adoption Event at
Petco, 29335 Orchard Lake Rd, Farmington Hills (just south of 13 Mile Rd). From noon to 4 p.m., come meet adoptable dogs, cats, puppies and kittens (as available - not all adoptable animals will be at every event).
Adoption event dates for 2016: January 9, January 23, February 6, February 20, March 5, March 19, April 2, April 16, May 7, May 21, June 4, June 18, July 2, July 16, August 6, August 20, September 3, September 17, October 1, October 15, November 5, November 19, December 3 and December 17.
Adoption Process: Complete the application at
www.pawsforliferescue.org. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the mandatory, minimum two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. You will pay the non-refundable adoption fee at the start of the two-week adjustment period. This pending period allows your new dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.
