Rita's Story...
Rita is a sweet, small Terrier mix, weighing just about 10 lbs. She is a playful girl who is excited about life. She loves to go for walks or on car rides, but her real happy place is on your lap. She could be the perfect study, work, or travel companion (she's carry-on size). Rita is great with other dogs, and children of all ages!

The adoption fee for dogs 8 months and older is $150 and includes the dog being up to date on vaccines, micro-chipped and spayed or neutered.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rita, a Las Vegas Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
